SCCAP Emergency Rent and Utility Program
Did you know that SCCAP’s Emergency Rental and Utility Relief program can assist eligible applicants with utility arrearages back 12 months (but not earlier than March 13, 2020)?
Who can apply? Renters who are behind on their utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, or fuel oil or propane).
