The EBAJA audit for the year ending December 31, 2024 has been completed and is available for public inspection at the Authority office located at 103 Locust St. East Berlin, during regular office hours.
As of November 1, 2024, the PA DEP, under direction of the Governor, announced Adams and York counties are under a Drought Watch. The governor asks everyone to seek a reduction of water use by 5% through voluntary conservation measures.
Voluntary Water Conservation Notice
We now accept credit cards. The credit card company charges a 3% processing fee, which is passed on to the consumer. Without raising rates for everyone, EBAJA is unable to absorb these fees. Thank you for understanding.
